Exploring the Expressive Arts Through the Menopause Journey

Join Body Wisdom Facilitator, Samantha Williams-Gray in a free workshop exploring the seldom discussed journey of menopause. In this workshop we will examine themes of; life transitions, women in community together, and creating personal ceremonies as self care. As a group we will use movement, expressive drawing and journaling as tools to support perimenopausal women and their personally unique experiences of transition. We invite the participation of post menopausal women to honor them and for them to share their own transition experiences to help other women. Art supplies will be provided.
